Cooking 101

Whether you want to start from scratch and learn cooking basics or simply want to expand your culinary repertoire, I will develop a class to suit exactly your needs. We take the time to understand what you wish to concentrate on and put together a customized menu that utilizes those techniques.

Once we have decided on a menu, I will take it from there. I do all the grocery shopping and prepare the lesson plan. All you have to do is have some friends show up, start cooking, and have an enjoyable time in the comfort of your own kitchen.

When we are finished, leave the dishes and cleanup to me.  The White Apron Cooking Classes are wonderful activities for learning new skills that you will be using for years to come.


Class #1:

Roasted Chicken with Pan Gravy

Class #2:

Advanced and Custom Classes

Feel like you have good grasp of the basic cooking techniques or have specific dishes that you want to learn.  Then the advanced and custom classes are for you.  I will meet with you to discuss what skills you are comfortable with or what dishes you would like to learn.  I will then create a custom class for you.  We will not only learn new skills but also review the basics.  After the class you will feel more comfortable showing off your new skills as a chef to your friends and family.

Cooking 101

1 or 2 students: $200
each additional student: $50 (up to 10 students)


Advanced and Custom Class

1 or 2 students: $250
each additional student: $75 (up to 10 students)
