Spicy Chicken Strips with Bell Peppers and Onions laying in a Flour Tortilla with Fresh Tomatoes, Cilantro, Salsa Fresca, and Cheese.  Served with White Rice mixed in a Rich Tomato Sauce with Mexican Herbs and Spices.

~Rosemary Beef Stew with Garlic French Bread~

Flavorful Chunks of Beef in a Rich Red Wine Beef Stock with Carrots, Pearl Onions, and Red Potatoes.  Served with Warm French Bread brushed with Garlic and Herbs.

~Chicken Pot Pie with flaky Puff Pastry~

Poached Chicken Breast with Onion, Carrots, Celery, Peas, and Potatoes in a fresh Lemon Thyme Sherry Cream Sauce.  Served in a flaky Puff Pastry bowl.

~Gourmet Meatloaf with Garlic Mashed Potatoes~

House ground Beef and Pork mixed with aromatic Herbs, Spices, and Vegetables topped with caramelized Tomato Sauce.  Served with creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Seared Chicken Breast sautéed in a Spicy Italian Red Sauce with Green Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Carrots, Celery, Onions, Garlic, and Kalamata Olives.  Served over Pasta Fettuccini.
